It is best to do this on a Friday when Parliament is sitting since this is the day most MPs return to their constituencies.

Alternatively, any day when Parliament is in recess. If you wish, RHA staff will be happy to attend the meetings to give an overview and provide detailed statistics etc. A number of members have already done this and the meetings have proved to bemost successful. Ideally, if you can get a group of local members together who share the same MP – all the better!Details of contact names and addresses are available from Regional Office as is any other help you may need. Remember, you do not have to be a large haulier to do this.
